CHAPTER 492 An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 46 of the Acts of Assembly of 2020, Special Session I, relating to the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act; landlord remedies; noncompliance with rental agreement; payment plan; extend sunset. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 46 of the Acts of Assembly of 2020, Special Session I, is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2021 2022.
