Virginia Adventure Corridor and Trail Authority. Establishes the Virginia Adventure Corridor and Trail Authority as a political subdivision of the Commonwealth. The Authority is charged with recreational trail development in the Southwest Region of the Commonwealth and is governed by a Board composed of members appointed from 13 counties and cities in the region.
