SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Teachers; online courses; student privacy training; emergency. Requires each school board to provide to any teacher in the school division who teaches an online course training on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and related regulations, including training on the identification and protection of students' personally identifiable information. The bill contains an emergency clause.
