SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Sentence reductions; substantial assistance to prosecution. Allows a convicted person's sentence to be reduced by the sentencing court if the court determines such person provided substantial assistance in the furtherance of the investigation or prosecution of another person engaged in an act of grand larceny of a firearm. Consideration of sentence reduction can occur only upon motion of the attorney for the Commonwealth.
