Hemp products intended for smoking. Prohibits the sale to persons under age 21 of hemp products intended for smoking.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Hemp products intended for smoking. Provides that it shall be legal to produce, distribute, and consume hemp products intended for smoking. Current law is silent on the legality of such products. The bill prohibits the sale to persons under age 21 of hemp products intended for smoking.
