SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Habitual offenders; driving while intoxicated. Decreases the penalty for driving while intoxicated while a habitual offender revocation is in effect, provided that such driving does not endanger the life, limb, or property of another, from a felony with a mandatory minimum of one year confinement to a Class 1 misdemeanor with a mandatory minimum of 10 days confinement.
