Dealer's license plate and special license plate combination. Authorizes the Department of Motor Vehicles to issue, upon request of a licensed dealer and when and in the manner the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles determines is feasible, a license plate that is a combination of a special license plate and a dealer's license plate.
