SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Contempt of court; penalty. Increases from 10 days to 30 days the maximum term of imprisonment for a charge of contempt of court but limits the term of imprisonment to 30 days, including in cases where the court empanels a jury to ascertain the punishment.
