SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Secretary of Administration; policy of the Commonwealth regarding employment of individuals with disabilities; report deadline. Changes the date by which the Secretary of Administration is required to submit the annual report regarding state employment of individuals with disabilities to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Appropriations and the Senate Committee on Finance and Appropriations from July 1 to September 1.
