Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The bridge on Guinea Station Road over Interstate 95 in Spotsylvania County is hereby designated the  [ "Corporal “CPL ] Ryan C. McGhee Memorial Bridge." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this bridge. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge.
