Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapters 454, 463, and 554 of the Acts of Assembly of 1901, Chapter 91 of the Acts of Assembly of 1906, and Chapter 49 of the Acts of Assembly of 1959 are repealed.
