SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Security of public property. Requires, where access to property owned or used by a public body is restricted by a policy requiring security screening procedures, including the use of metal detectors, pat-downs, or identification checks, that such security screening procedures be applied to all persons accessing such property without exception.
