SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Transfer of venue; delinquency; adjudication. Provides that a transfer of venue in delinquency proceedings, which under current law may occur only after adjudication, may occur when such adjudication consists of a finding of facts sufficient to justify a finding of delinquency. This bill is a recommendation of the Committee on District Courts and is identical to HB 2414.
