SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Students who receive home instruction; documentation. Provides that, except as otherwise required by relevant law, no parent who provides home instruction for his child in lieu of school attendance shall be required to provide to the school board in the local school division in which his child resides any additional documentation relating to such home instruction.
