SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Students; suspension; sufficient cause. Provides that in no cases shall sufficient cause for student suspensions include only instances of cell phone use or only instances of dress code violations. Under current law, sufficient cause for suspension may not include only instances of truancy.
