SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Delinquent children; issuance of learner's permits. Authorizes a court to authorize the issuance of a learner's permit to a minor adjudicated delinquent of an offense that results in a denial of the minor's privilege to operate a motor vehicle. The bill provides that the court may impose additional restrictions on the minor's operation of a motor vehicle pursuant to a learner's permit.
