SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Investment advisors; registration fee review; report. Directs the State Corporation Commission to conduct a proceeding to examine the amount of the registration and annual renewal fee. The Commission is required to provide a copy of its final order in the proceeding to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Commerce and Labor and the Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor by December 1, 2018.
