SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Service in the Armed Forces of the United States; course credit; transfer. Requires the policies implemented by each baccalaureate public institution of higher education for the purpose of awarding academic credit to students for educational experience gained from service in the Armed Forces of the United States to provide for the acceptance of academic credit awarded by any associate-degree-granting public institution of higher education pursuant to its policies for the award of such credit.
