SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Safety belt systems; rear passengers. Expands the requirement that any person at least 18 years of age use a safety belt system while a motor vehicle is in motion on a public highway from only occupants in the front seat to occupants in the front and rear passenger seats, defined in the bill.
