SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; Virginia State Crime Commission; hate crimes; report. Directs the Virginia State Crime Commission to study the prevalence of hate crimes in the Commonwealth and the adequacy of the current criminal Code provisions in addressing such offenses in comparison to the laws of other states across the nation.
