SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)

Bond; certain capital projects. Authorizes the Virginia Public Building Authority and the Virginia College Building Authority to issue bonds in a total aggregate amount not to exceed $2,235,432,677 plus costs to fund certain capital projects. This bill is identical to HB 1344.
