Virginia Consumer Protection Act; failure to make required statement. Makes it a prohibited practice under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act for a supplier to fail to provide to a consumer, or to fail to use or include in any written document or material provided to or executed by a consumer, in connection with a consumer transaction any statement, disclosure, notice, or other information when the supplier is required so to do by applicable federal law.
