SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Black vultures; agreements for control. Authorizes the Commissioner of Game and Inland Fisheries to enter into agreements with local and state agencies or other persons for the control of black vultures and other wildlife that pose a danger to agricultural animals. Current law allows such agreements for the control of coyotes.
