SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Fraudulent representation about receipt of military decorations; penalty. Provides that any person who, with the intent to obtain money, property, or other tangible benefit, fraudulently holds himself out to be a recipient of certain military decorations or medals is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. This bill was incorporated into HB 1319.
