SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired; contracts for operation of certain vending machines. Provides for the Department of General Services to conduct the procurement process for goods and services related to the operation of vending machines at rest areas on the interstate highways of the Commonwealth authorized by the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired. The provisions of the bill do not affect any litigation pending as of January 1, 2016.
