SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Warning notice at agritourism location. Provides the operators of agritourism locations with the option of using the terms "WARNING" or "ATTENTION" on signage or contracts that indicate the operator's immunity from liability in the case of injury or death while at the facility. If such notice is not provided, the operator cannot invoke the immunity privilege.
