SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

State resident licenses; military dependents. Extends the entitlement to obtain a state resident license to hunt, trap, or fish to members of the immediate family of a member of the armed forces. Current law entitles members of the armed forces to obtain such a license.
