SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Charter; City of Suffolk. Amends the charter of the City of Suffolk to clarify the roles of the circuit court in appointing members of the board of equalization and of the qualified voters of the city in electing the members of the school board. The bill contains technical amendments.
