SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Election administration; lists of registered voters and persons who voted in certain elections. Requires the local electoral boards to provide to the Department of Elections within 14 days after the election the list of persons who voted, including those who voted provisionally and were determined to be entitled to vote, unless the local electoral board uses a nonelectronic pollbook, in which case the electoral board is required to submit such lists within seven days of the pollbook being released from the possession of the clerk of court. Current law requires that such lists be submitted to the Department of Elections within 60 days. The bill contains technical amendments to reflect the administrative reorganization of the Department of Elections that took effect July 1, 2014.
