SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Special license plates for the armed forces. Removes the requirement that existing armed forces special license plates must have 200 active sets of plates; this applies to the Marine Corps, Army, and Coast Guard special license plates and for the veterans of the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign special license plate.
