SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Tangible personal property tax relief; autocycles. Adds autocycles to those motor vehicles that qualify for tangible personal property tax relief. Beginning in 2016, certain localities would be required to apply tangible personal property tax relief to autocycles used for nonbusiness purposes. This bill is identical to SB 1219.
