SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Decanting statute; conditions for second trust. Makes a technical correction to § 64.2-778.1. This statute authorizes a trustee to appoint all or part of the principal or income of a trust into a second trust for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the original trust.
