SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Health regulatory boards; reinstatement of licensure. Provides that an applicant for reinstatement of a certificate, registration, or license that has been revoked bears the burden of proof to show to the appropriate health regulatory board by clear and convincing evidence that he is safe and competent to practice. This bill is identical to HB 855.
