Compensation for livestock or poultry. Establishes a $750 cap on the fair market value that the owner of livestock that has been killed or injured by dogs or hybrid canines is entitled to receive as compensation, provided certain procedures are followed. Currently, such compensation cannot exceed $400 per animal. This bill is identical to HB 54.
