SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Care of individuals with dementia residing in nursing homes; study; report. Requires the Department of Health to convene a work group to study and make recommendations related to the provision of care for individuals with dementia residing in nursing homes and facilities in the Commonwealth. The work group shall report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by October 1, 2015.
