SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Electoral boards; meetings. Provides that a telephone call between two members of an electoral board or a telephone call between two members of the State Board of Elections in preparation for a meeting shall not constitute a meeting for Virginia Freedom of Information Act purposes if the discussion otherwise would not constitute a meeting.
