Virginia Freedom of Information Act; records exemption for the Commonwealth's Attorneys' Services Council. Provides an exemption from the mandatory disclosure requirements of the Freedom of Information Act for records of the Commonwealth's Attorneys' Services Council to the extent such records are (i) prepared for and utilized by the Council in the training of state prosecutors or law-enforcement personnel, where such records are not otherwise available to the public and the release of such records would reveal confidential strategies, methods, or procedures to be employed in law-enforcement activities, or (ii) materials created for the investigation and prosecution of a criminal case.
