Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation; membership. Authorizes the Senate Committee on Rules to determine if the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee or the Chairman Emeritus of the Senate Finance Committee will serve on the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation Board of Trustees. Currently, the Chairman must serve.
