SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Virginia State Bar admission for full-time law school professors. Allows a full-time law professor to be admitted as an active member of the Virginia State Bar without examination provided that he is otherwise eligible to be admitted to the Virginia State Bar. A full-time law professor who is not so eligible for admission may become an associate member of the Virginia State Bar.
