SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Conversion of leased property. Provides that failure to return leased property to the lessor within 30, as opposed to 10, days after written notice has been given that the rental period for the property has expired is prima facie evidence of the intent to defraud and provides that failure to return leased property within 30, as opposed to 10, days of the expiration of the lease is to be deemed larceny.
