SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry Act; offenses requiring registration. Adds to the list of offenses that require a person to register on the Sex Offender Registry certain offenses comparable to those currently requiring registration where the conviction was under Title 18.1 of the Code of Virginia, which was in effect prior to 1975 when Title 18.2 came into effect. This bill is identical to HB 1862.
