SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Voter lists. Requires a local electoral board to submit the list of persons who voted at any election to the State Board of Elections within 60 days after each election unless such list is not available due to a pending recount or election contest. The State Board shall make available such lists no later than seven days after receiving them from the electoral board.
