SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Background checks; children's residential facilities regulated by the Department of Juvenile Justice. Provides that the requirement for criminal history background checks for children's residential facilities shall also apply to local secure detention facilities. This bill is identical to SB 992.
