Authority: Title 32.1, Chapter 12, Code of Virginia.

A. Out of this appropriation, $556,702 the first year and $556,702 the second year from the general fund shall be provided for insurance payment assistance to HIV-infected persons in accordance with § 32.1-330.1, Code of Virginia, except that the eligibility threshold for assistance shall allow a maximum income of no more than 250 percent of the federal poverty threshold.

B. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall transfer any amounts appropriated for the Uninsured Medical Catastrophe Fund to that fund, pursuant to § 32.1-324.3, Code of Virginia.

C. Out of this appropriation, $225,000 the first year and $225,000 the second year from the general fund shall be transferred to the Uninsured Medical Catastrophe Fund under § 32.1-324.3, Code of Virginia.
