A. Effective July 1, 2004, the standard vital records fee shall be $12.00 and the fee for the expedited record search shall be $48.00.

B.1. Notwithstanding з 32.1-273.1., Code of Virginia, two dollars of each fee collected by the State Registrar shall be deposited by the Comptroller to the Virginia Vital Statistics Automation Fund and two dollars of each fee collected shall be used to fund health care services in the first year.

2. Notwithstanding з 32.1-273.1, Code of Virginia, $518,421 the first year and $518,421 the second year from the Vital Statistics Automation Fund shall be used to supplant general fund support from the Communicable Disease Prevention and Control Program.
