Authority: Title 53.1, Chapter 3, Code of Virginia.

A. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, is authorized to transfer appropriations between items in the Treasury Board to accommodate the refinancing of all, or any part, of Regional Jail Reimbursement Agreements through the Virginia Public Building Authority.

B. Out of the amounts for Financial Assistance for Regional Jails where Regional Jail Reimbursement Agreements have been signed, the Commonwealth's share of the cost shall be appropriated from the general fund and paid as follows:
