SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit. The bill lowers the threshold, from 50 percent to 40 percent, for the percentage of low-income persons to whom a neighborhood assistance organization that submits a proposal to the State Board of Social Services must provide services to in order to be eligible to participate in the program.
