SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Auxiliary police forces; Department of Criminal Justice Services to establish training requirements. Requires the Department of Criminal Justice Services to establish compulsory minimum training standards for all auxiliary police officers employed by or in any local or state government agency. Officers employed prior to July 1, 1987 shall be exempted from any initial training requirement. The bill contains an emergency clause.
