SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Emissions inspections. Privatizes services now provided by the Department of Environmental Quality related to vehicle emissions inspections. The bill also updates authorized testing equipment and allows use of wireless systems and on-road emissions testing. The bill also has a delayed effective date and is identical to SB 502.
