SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Juvenile offenses; sex offender registry; motion by the attorney for the Commonwealth. Amends the section that permits an attorney for the Commonwealth to file a motion for the court to determine whether circumstances warrant the placement of a juvenile adjudicated delinquent of a sex offense on the sex offender registry by allowing the motion to be made at any time that the offender is within the jurisdiction of the court for the offense that is the basis for the motion. Currently, the law does not specifically address any time frame during which the attorney for the Commonwealth may file the motion.
